These Terms govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by Computer Lab Consulting, LLC. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Computer lab consulting and IT services provided by Computer Lab Consulting, LLC are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Client Agreement signed by both parties. These web terms apply to general site usage and inquiry submission.
Unless otherwise agreed in a Client Agreement, Computer Lab Consulting, LLC retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, implementation strategies, and technical documentation developed during the provision of services.
For consulting, deployment, and support engagements, the client is responsible for approved project and service fees as outlined in the Client Agreement. Computer Lab Consulting, LLC fees are separate from third-party hardware, software, or licensing costs unless stated otherwise in writing.
Termination of ongoing services generally requires 30 days' written notice, as specified in your Client Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website or our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Computer Lab Consulting, LLC is registered.
